A customer just notified us of a scam call she received. A recorded voice identified themselves as from "your power company" and said she was eligible for a discount due to her good payment history if she just pressed a number. Please be wary of these types of calls. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
If we call you, we will always speak to you in person, not via recorded message, and we will identify ourselves by name.
