Four years ago, just after midnight, Trooper Wade Palmer was ambushed and shot numerous times by a homicide suspect. Today, we remember and honor the sacrifice Trooper Palmer and his family made that night and every day since. Our troopers and law enforcement across the country risk their lives to protect and serve. We are thankful Trooper Palmer survived and for the help we received from numerous agencies.
