Flathead Valley Community College enrolls 2,351 undergrads

At Flathead Valley Community College, 62 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 56 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year public institution in Kalispell enrolled 2,351 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

96 percent of undergraduates are residents of Montana, and 3 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (77 percent) and American Indian or Alaska Native (3 percent).
