City of Kalispell issued the following announcement on Dec. 17
Assistant Human Resource Director Denise Michel will become the new Human Resource Director effective December 27, 2019, with the retirement of long-time public servant Terry Mitton. Thirteen years of human resource practice with the City of Kalispell, and extensive training and related certificates helped Denise Michel stand out from the three other experienced finalists interviewing for the position. “Ms. Michel is very well prepared to continue providing comprehensive services to the approximately 190 city of Kalispell employees.” Stated City Manager Doug Russell. “We are excited to see her accept the responsibilities of the Human Resource Director position.”
