Mark French for Congress issued the following announcement on Dec.13
In the Spirit of "Rejoice Sunday", the third weekend of Advent, St. Patrick Church will have a special blessing of "Ugly Christmas Sweaters" on Saturday, Dec. 14.
The event will begin at 4.30 p.m., with a procession of the "Ugly Christmas Sweaters" followed by Mass.
It doesn’t matter whether your sweater is vintage, embellished or brand new, those attending are just asked to bring their holiday joy by wearing their boldest and brightest holiday colors.
