AUBYN CURTISS FOR U S SENATE COMMITTEE: Census Bureau: 83.48% of people in Fort Smith were old enough to vote in 2017

Aubyn curtiss for u s senate committee issued the following announcement on Oct 23.

Of the 115 citizens living in Fort Smith in 2017, 96 were old enough to vote as of Aug. 2, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Montana Business Daily.

The bureau reported that 32 of those people were female and 64 were male.

An agency of the U.S. Federal Statistical System, the Census Bureau is responsible for compiling statistical facts about the American people, places and economy. Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.

Statistical data for 2018 will be released later this year.
