Lincoln County has announced it is seeking proposals for the construction of a temporary bridge over Keeler Creek. The county cites significant damage to Lake Creek Road at the Keeler Creek crossing, which occurred as a result of winter flooding. The project aims to restore travel in the area until a permanent solution can be implemented.

According to the county, this procurement is looking for a design-build team that will provide both design and construction services. The work will include designing a new one-lane temporary bridge, preparing structural loading calculations and construction plans, building and installing the bridge, and supporting permitting efforts while coordinating with Lincoln County officials. The expected span of the bridge is between 130 and 140 feet, with completion targeted for early summer.

Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to Lincoln County at 512 California Avenue, Libby, MT 59923 by 10:30 am local time on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 am on the same day. Late submissions will not be considered.

Interested parties are required to obtain the Request for Proposals and supplemental information from the County Engineer to ensure their submissions are responsive. All questions should be directed to Andy Evensen at (406) 885-4064 or via email at andy@eecivil.com.
