Lincoln County is seeking bids from contractors for pavement maintenance at Libby Airport in Libby, Montana. The county will award the project to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose proposal fits within the set budget.

Contractors interested in the project are required to submit hard copy bids by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Bids must be delivered to the Clerk and Recorder’s Office at the Lincoln County Courthouse, located at 512 California Avenue, Libby, MT 59923.

The bid opening is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. MST on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. It will take place in the County Commissioners’ room at the same address.
