Hot Springs Police Department: Honoring Chief Acheson

0Comments

Before Chief Acheson took over as the new Chief of Police for St. Ignatius last July, he was an Officer here in Hot Springs.  While he was here, Chief Acheson was very instrumental in bringing free NARCAN training to the community.  He recognized the increasing dangers that the opioid epidemic was bringing and he especially recognized the threat that Fentanyl was posing to the citizens in the Hot Springs area.  We are very happy to see that Chief Acheson is continuing to reach out to the community and help them with this fight.  Well done Chief and congratulations!
