Of the 166 people living in West Glacier in 2019, 48.8 percent (81) were women and 51.2 percent (85) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwest Montana News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 57-to-35. In the 65 and over age range, there were 28 females and 19 males.
