Of the 74 people living in Old Agency in 2019, 41.9 percent (31) were women and 58.1 percent (43) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwest Montana News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 28-to-17. In the 65 and over age range, there were three females and four males.
